Jeffrey Lovvorn
Owner
NBC Certified Test & Balance Supervisor
Jeff has been in the HVAC industry since 2004 serving as a mechanical contractor for 10 years with his family business. However, he’d been learning by example since he was a young boy shadowing his father in the field. From a young age, Jeff has always loved to solve a problem. In 2014, Jeff took the opportunity to expand his career in the Test & Balance field bringing a unique set of skills from the experience he had as a residential and commercial mechanical contractor. Alongside Test & Balance, in 2019 Jeff was certified as a Commissioning Provider by the University of Wisconsin. Prioritizing growth and knowledge, Jeff always seeks opportunities to further educate, certify, and seek the latest in advances in the HVAC industry.
Katie Lovvorn

An alumni of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science in Retail, Katie has a passion for customer service. She, too, grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and small businesses so she knows the value of hard work and quality of service that you get from a small business. Katie has years of experience in retail, account management, and customer service from both small business and corporate settings. She brings that experience and knowledge to provide the best customer service and account management around.

Hunter Pardue

Hunter grew up in a small family HVAC business. He spent many years in the mechanical field where he met Jeff prior to pursuing Test & Balance. Hunter is personable, driven, and always brings a positive attitude to any situation. His knowledge and experience from the mechanical field bring a fresh perspective to the Test & Balance industry.
Jay Ganz
NBC Certified Test & Balance Supervisor
With 20 years trade experience, Jay also prioritizes growth and knowledge. From commercial duct, refrigeration, hydronics, and controls, Jay has the experience in design, installation, and service in the HVACR industry. Growth and knowledge led him full circle with Jeff to finalize his career in Test and Balance. Always looking to get the best results out of a project, Jay is more than happy to help contractors or design teams ensure their equipment and installation meets the needs of their client.
